Timed Entry is Strict: Your tickets for the Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, and Eiffel Tower are reserved for a specific time slot. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time for security checks. Late arrivals may be denied entry.
River Cruise Flexibility: Unlike the museum tickets, your Seine River Cruise ticket is flexible. You can use it at any time during the operating hours on the day of your visit (or within the validity period stated on the ticket).
Audio Guide Access: Your exclusive audio guide is a digital product and for now only work with Android phones (IOS in development). You will receive a link to access it on your smartphone. Please bring your own headphones/earphones and ensure your phone is fully charged.
