REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is uniform regarding all programs and tickets listed on louvreticketguide.com.

1. Full Refunds (Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance) For a no-questions-asked full refund, the Customer must cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before the start of the scheduled program. If the cancellation request is received outside of this 24-hour window (i.e., earlier than 24 hours before the event), we will reimburse the full price of the ticket.

2. Non-Refundable (Cancellation within 24 hours) We are unable to issue refunds if the customer's cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the start of the program. Please take note of this deadline. Thank you for your understanding!

3. How to Request a Refund If you wish to request a refund or cancel your booking, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that your request meets the time requirements (at least 24 hours before the program).

Responsibility TutiTours s. r. o. is responsible for processing all refunds and handling any issues related to the service.
